Fast delivery (small downside nonetheless on flexibility, you need to take a day off as we only have a date and no time) Customer service with staff available immediately to respond to all our information requests (delivery, assembly...) that's great! Superb aesthetic product and especially of quality! Despite the small downside on delivery, I recommend this site and give it 5 stars!

High quality trampoline it seems (time will confirm hopefully). Only concern: the net attachments were not up to the rest (brittle) and replaced without any issue with spare parts. So very responsive and high-quality customer service. Very satisfied with this purchase.

The trampoline was no longer available, but the expected date was kept. The team was always available for questions about delivery or to change the address. Now the trampoline is in the garden and is used daily. The material seems robust, even for adults, and the assembly was a piece of cake thanks to the good instructions.
