Hello In 2015 I placed an order, everything went well In January 2021 I reordered. I had a problem with a part that does not fit (the Velcro does not match) I reported it but they did not want to send me the defective part. They told me it was JUST aesthetic. Today I paid for a trampoline whose aesthetics do not match what I ordered.

Good team, professionalism and listening from *** the salesperson, available, charming with extreme kindness, good advice, impeccable delivery and delivery, very good product follow-up of superior quality Trampoline Apollo sport super, a real pleasure after-sales service nothing to say everything is and has been perfect, I recommend with my eyes closed ... just for the assembly remember to watch YOU TUBE beforehand because the instructions are a bit simple but we managed with patience ... the result is worth it

Purchase Apollo Sport 500 Excellent product! Nothing to compare with our previous trampoline... the jumping area is really spacious and allows for chained figures. The mat: a dream of bounce! Soft and gentle. Not a sound: the neighbors love us again! ;)

It was actually only ordered as a replacement gift for Christmas, my children wished for it and since another gift was threatening not to arrive, we ordered this additionally, although it was delivered from France, it arrived before Christmas, fast delivery, well packaged, good quality, I also found the price/performance good, so gladly anytime again!
