The service has been excellent. We made a mistake when ordering (we ordered two products and the availability times were different, so I had everything done in a single delivery). It was a gift and it wasn't going to arrive on time due to the error, I sent a message and they contacted me immediately and solved the problem at no cost.

It is very satisfying to find spare parts for a trampoline purchased four years ago. Unacceptable delivery, the delay of more than 2 months after the deconfinement I understand therefore delivery scheduled for mid-July, but after the announced delay no delivery, forced to follow up, new delay announced for September 1, so more than a month of delay, and another week after this announced delay on September 1 to receive it!
