There was a hiccup with the delivery service... which was immediately resolved by France Trampoline, allowing me to receive my delivery on time for the birthday it was intended for! I appreciated the efficiency and kindness of your services! Kudos to your team! I am just waiting for the cover of this trampoline which should be delivered to me mid-December.

I ordered a protective net to replace the one from an old model. The type of protection had changed and I had to buy a more expensive model: limited satisfaction. As a gift, I was given support bars... For the delivery, I had to wait 3 weeks. Since then, I have dismantled my trampoline for winter and I haven't dared to open the package = surprise this spring! Will it fit?

You ordered a protective net with posts for a JumpUp 390 trampoline. The delivery tracking indicates that it was made within 3 days by the carrier with an appointment. I recommend this site, perfect delivery, well packaged and the product completely meets my expectations. The tarp fits perfectly for a trampoline of the Decathlon brand measuring 3.65m. Good quality of the tarp, I am completely satisfied.
