Very pleasant phone contact to help with product selection. The OVALIE 430 trampoline perfectly meets our expectations. The robustness and quality of the assemblies are there. No doubt about the longevity of the trampoline. Ordered on Tuesday 16/08 and top delivery on Friday 19/08. The assembly is very well described. Moreover, the videos on the site, very useful, allow you to appropriate it in advance (5 hours of assembly alone). I highly recommend.

I ordered this replacement cover for a trampoline that did not come from you. I was contacted by customer service to ensure everything would be fine. I appreciated the approach. In the end, the cover ordered on Monday arrived on Tuesday and fits perfectly and my children thank you! I am very satisfied!
