Super happy with our purchase. The children and parents are delighted. Shipment in 48 hours as indicated on the site. A few issues with the carrier, but customer service intervened immediately. I highly recommend France trampoline.

Quality material easy to assemble, serious and fast service, a small downside regarding the lack of communication between the order confirmation and the email announcing the shipment of the item (about 1 week). Delighted with this purchase and the service.

Well received on time, good communication with the seller... responded to both our emails and our phone call.... very friendly for the trampoline of great quality compared to the previous one, my daughter spends a lot of time on it, with or without her friends. We made a request to buy a fiber arc to hold the net. We had a delivery error "wrong diameter", we called immediately and they delivered another surround very quickly. Just a big thank you for their responsiveness and kindness.

Very good as always. At first, one thinks that 15€ for delivery is expensive, but afterwards, the service is there. Impeccable delivery with a text message for choosing delivery times and even the possibility of changing the address (neighbor). Perfect and compliant material. Best regards.

Excellent service! Fast delivery as expected, very easy and quick assembly for an adult and an 11-year-old child, happy to help. I had to buy a soft material to place under the feet of the trampoline (as it was placed on a hard surface). Perhaps a recommendation on what to put and where to buy it would have helped me.

Competent and respectful customer service. Upon delivery, the trampoline had been damaged (tear) during transport, a new trampoline was sent to me promptly. Good material, you can order without surprises from this company.
