Serious company and efficient and quick customer service. Very good product even though I have no comparisons with other trampolines but I am satisfied with the material used. The only note is regarding the assembly instructions that need to be updated on the pages depicting the 'U' supports from the ground different from those in the packaging.

Super happy with the fast delivery and the attentive sales staff: the trampoline arrived on time for my son's birthday! The trampoline is excellent, the children love it. It is also very well suited to my small garden, its rectangular shape takes up less space than a round one and the children have plenty of room to do different tricks like flips.

The children are thrilled with the Jump'up trampoline we bought for them and so are we because the material seems to be of good quality. However, several plastic carabiners (connecting the net to the jumping mat) broke during the first uses, but customer service took care of it; they quickly sent us metal carabiners. Apparently, we are not the first ones this has happened to and the company is reviewing the material. Now, everything is fine and the children are having a blast... Let's hope the trampoline ages well.
