Excellent product. Excellent service. We hesitated for a long time before choosing the France Trampoline model given the higher price compared to other products. But no regrets!! The kids (we have 4, yes) are having a blast on this trampoline and impressing their friends. Solid, durable, comfortable, safe, pure happiness! Order and delivery superb. The trampoline itself is perfect 'solid' aesthetic, the safety net is of very good quality. I even had to use customer service because the upper protection foams were missing at delivery, after contact I received the foams within 3 days.
