Very good quality trampoline, solid and reassuring. Assembly is easy, but you should plan several hours (about 3 for the oval). Only downside: the carrier did not contact us before coming to the house... Fortunately, he was able to return 2 hours later and we managed to be there... I contracted urgent service and it did not arrive on time, ruining the surprise of my little daughter's birthday, without being compensated in any way, just with the relevant apologies after my complaint. When placing your order 48 hours before the desired delivery date, we told you that we would do our best to deliver it on time, that is, making an urgent shipment with a supplement of €10 knowing that in that case the delivery time is 48 to 72 hours. And we did so, with the bad luck that the package arrived in 72 hours and not in the desired 48 hours. Still, we immediately proceeded to refund the €10 supplement for this shipment and we apologize for the inconvenience caused, despite having made it clear from the beginning the impossibility of guaranteeing 100% delivery within the desired time.
