You placed your order on Sunday, August 11, and were delivered on Tuesday, August 20, which is a delay significantly longer than what we announce on our site, namely 2 to 5 working days after the order. This delay is regularly observed and managed by our carriers. However, in August, some delivery agencies near our clients are understaffed and work with substitute drivers, and it can happen that some delays are extended to the detriment of our clients, despite our reminders.
