I bought 2 trampolines (Jump'Up 250) for a leisure center. Children aged 3 to 13 used them intensively for a month in complete safety. The trampolines have not moved and will certainly last for many years. And the children had a blast!! Quality and impeccable service.

Competent team. Someone answers your phone calls and provides information. Delivery is problem-free, unpacking and assembly are the same. If you organize your work and follow the instructions, assembly is without surprises. Once assembled, it is beautiful, the net is well stretched which makes it even more beautiful. A trampoline should not just be beautiful but hold when you jump on it, it is perfect without surprises. Good continuation. We chose a 300 for the family and an eight-year-old child.

A fantastic trampoline. Very solid, nothing to compare with the... I am very satisfied. The products are of quality and the customer service is very professional. I appreciated that they called me before sending my replacement cover to ensure that my choice was not wrong. Moreover, the delivery was ultra-fast. The only downside is that I find the shipping costs too high (almost 20% of the product value), they are a real barrier to purchase as they made me give up buying the protective roof.

It has already been several months since our children have been using their trampoline, and frankly, everything is perfect. Fast delivery and without problems, ultra-easy assembly, super reliable material and incomparable quality (compared to more generalist distributors...). It's a shame that we can't exchange or change when the product doesn't fit because that just happened to me. The product I ordered doesn't fit. Attention the mistake is mine, I took the dimensions wrong, I realized it before installing it but it was too late, but well, the product is left on my hands. So don't do like me, take the measurements well before confirming the order because not all products are exchangeable or refundable, too bad!!!!
