Delivery in Moselle by the Alloin transporter leaves something to be desired. I had to go myself to the depot to pick up the package because this company kept it in stock for 3 days, without contacting us or informing us of its availability, while we wanted to have this delivery before Easter Sunday. Otherwise, ordered via the website on Friday at 10:00 PM, departure from the France Trampoline stock on Monday morning at 10:00 AM. Congratulations!

Don't change anything, personally, I am very satisfied with your customer service and delivery service, the contacts with both services went very well and smoothly. For the assembly, the instructions are very clear, I completed the assembly in 3 hours and only needed help for the installation of the jumping net. (for a 3.90m)

Everything impeccable... Except for the carrier who arrived at 3 PM when I had specified not to be home after 3 PM! Regarding the order, everything went well, fast delivery,... the assembly was quite doable.... and the kids are having a blast!!!! They get up half an hour early to jump on the trampoline before school... We had already tried several at friends' houses and without hesitation we chose YOUR BRAND! Thank you for everything

Order placed on Monday at 10 PM received on Wednesday at 2 PM!!!! Everything is perfect, super quality, nothing to compare with what you find elsewhere... Clear instructions, quick assembly in 2 hours with two people (trampoline 4m60 + net)... My 3 children are delighted, (the older ones too!!!) they spend all their time in it, they never get tired of it, it's great.... I really recommend these trampolines which are truly of superior quality, it was important for the safety of my children...
