Fast shipping The dome looks solid and of good quality The assembly takes longer than expected and I recommend having 3 people as it is not always easy to fix and hold all the posts with 2! A bit more precision on the direction of the bolts would be good, we had to disassemble a part that was upside down. Otherwise, my child loves it, he is very happy to hang and climb on it!

Excellent from the first phone contact (it is very easy to reach someone by phone) until the delivery of the trampoline, which arrived on the scheduled day. Very good coordination between the seller and the delivery person. Good advice by phone. Only small downside: the assembly manual is incomplete and not always clear. It deserves to be reviewed and improved.

I bought a 3m trampoline, my 5-year-old daughter loves it! It took a bit long to assemble (but we are not very handy...). And we broke a stake to plant in the ground for stabilization because the ground is too dry in summer. Overall it seems to be of good quality. It is noted in the user guide that you should not leave several children on the trampoline, but frankly, it's impossible to enforce. We use it with up to 3 children aged 5-6 (under supervision). A neighbor recommended this brand to us.

Good on the phone, but I first ordered a trampoline net on the site.... and after a month, seeing nothing coming, I contacted by phone where I learned that it was no longer available.... I was directed to another cheaper net that I received, but to install it I had to undo the knots to attach it (send the non-knotted ties).

The error is on our part and we fully understand how frustrating this can be for you. Regarding the replacement net you received, we regret any misunderstanding regarding the installation. In reality, it is not necessary to undo the knots to attach the net. You just need to make a simple loop with the elastic in the net strap for a correct and secure installation.
