Product good, everything complete. Delivery time is advertised on the homepage as 2-5 days, which was one of the reasons for choosing this provider, we needed the product quickly. After about 2 weeks, we inquired by phone, the gentleman we reached on the phone seemed rather burdened and uninterested. Delivery by freight forwarding after about 3 weeks was correct, unfortunately much too late. Too bad.

Excellent quality trampoline, small downside for assembly as I am not very handy, even though there is a manual, sometimes you have to guess and think hard!!! But with patience, you can do it and you can contact the technical service at any time and they helped me right away 👍 I highly recommend!
