Very good exchanges both before and after the order. I find the trampoline (Ovalie 490) robust and well finished. Assembly requires at least 2 people and a bit of patience. In detail: For now, the hooks to attach the net are flimsy and break. The support reacts very quickly. I had read in the comments that the tightening screws for the net posts were a bit light, I had the same impression that these screws were not suitable. I had to assemble them with great care not to damage the threads. I hope that over time it will hold. I give 5 stars because overall I find the product very satisfactory, and that the customer service is present. Both in tracking orders, managing shortages, and the responses provided. Bravo and good continuation.

Very fast delivery. Possibility to pay in 2 or 3 installments. Perfect. Product meets my criteria: age/type of use. My children are delighted: 'dynamic' jumping mat and long length to chain figures (they take classes indoors). I already had a trampoline from the same brand but smaller. So I knew the quality.
