Fortunately, you are professionals, which is not the case with the delivery person I had ***. He was *** with me, there are no other words and initially did not deliver to me even though the appointment was made, so I had to call to ask what was going on. The person at reception hung up on me explaining that he "was not a social worker". One of your collaborators called me to find out why I had not been delivered and fortunately. I was able to tell him about my misadventure and he handled everything perfectly, I even received a commercial gesture for the inconvenience, really a big thank you for this professionalism. This game for children and adults is well designed. The zip line glides well, the position is good and the product seems durable. The cable tension needs to be 2 to use the zip line over a long distance. The kids are having fun, and of course, it attracts the neighbors' kids.

Simple and quick purchase, packages delivered in good condition. Easy to assemble, the trampoline seems to be of very good quality. I also bought the protective cover which seems solid, however the 8-point fastening system seems light. I'm afraid that with strong gusts, the wind will get underneath and tear the fastening elastics. I plan to add some cable ties for long periods of inactivity.
