Good quality product delivered within the expected time. Its assembly requires the presence of at least 2 adults. It would be advisable for the assembly instructions to include the placement of wedges around the tree to prevent the cable from injuring it.

We received the trampoline a few weeks ago. The delivery time (about 2 months) was respected. However, the carrier, instead of placing the packages properly, dropped them in 1 minute flat in the slope of our garage. The boxes therefore fell along the slope while the carrier was leaving. Incredible, fortunately no breakage. Assembling the trampoline is laborious (2 adults minimum for 1 day). Once assembled, the product meets our expectations, the children are having fun.

When returning, I was not fully refunded even though everything was NEW! I also paid for the shipping costs myself!

Top quality. This is our 2nd trampoline and clearly, it is not the same quality as the previous ones. We'll see over time but the materials are not the same and seem much sturdier. We opted for the Boost Up 430 for an even more responsive fabric and we were not disappointed. We definitely recommend it.

The transaction went quite well overall. The product is of good quality. Only a small error in one element of the order makes me take away one star out of 5. An email to report the error and a reminder email were necessary to resolve the issue. Responses were quick in both cases.
