Initial delivery was scheduled for early January, which was postponed by 15 days. We kept you informed of the delay. We are currently experiencing difficulties in restocking our products and unfortunately, we are dependent on the carriers, who at the moment are not fulfilling their delivery promise. The product generally meets my expectations but: The assembly is complicated with a poorly written and insufficient assembly manual. One of the elements (the outer protection around a trampoline) cannot be assembled (the distance between the Velcro does not match that of the trampoline).

I have already filled out this form reception, exchanges, listening, order, delivery and after-sales service top. only downside but independent of FT due to Covid delay to receive it because made in China and also the difficulty of assembly in winter on a Christmas day in the cold with a notice a bit too brief so think about the videos on YouTube
