*** As for the service, not so much. I understand that the Covid situation we are all experiencing does not help, but the waiting time has been excessive. It is true that I was offered a refund, but I believe that with such a delay the company should have assumed more responsibility.

Very good contact and responses from your headquarters, but difficulty in delivery by the carrier: he never called the phone number provided that could have allowed him to quickly find the delivery location (the address does not appear on the GPS). Without GPS, no salvation....! But 6 months after the order (diameter error during this order of protective net), we have what we need for next summer...
