Just to note, problem with the impossibility to register on your site with different billing and delivery addresses. Had to call for the person to make the change live. My payment card was not accepted and the contacted person made it accepted. Thanks to this correspondent I maintained my order but without that I would have canceled. Regards

Very high professionalism from the delivery person: smiling, efficient, and helpful. I confused hexagonal and round on the site. Error noticed by a sales advisor: well done and thank you again. Okay, I didn't pay enough attention, but you could be more precise/clear about the choice of model/spare parts to reduce errors like mine. Off topic: (I tripled the anchor points)(visdeterre.com), one amount bent due to the wind + broken hoop (year n°1). Never again will I disassemble just before the storm starts (I was a bit scared once...)
