Only small downside: I wanted to replace my trampoline mat in August. The product was unavailable and was supposed to be available in September. When I logged back in to order it in September, the unavailability date was extended by 6 months (March). Fortunately, your services were able to advise me on a product that could be compatible. Since then, the kids are bouncing again; Thank you for them.

Hello, thank you for your comment! Our trampolines are designed so that their assembly can be completed in 1.5 hours by two adults, in a few steps described in the attached user manual. It is true that a single person can manage to assemble our products, but some steps will be more delicate and the total time may then exceed two hours. The delivery was only made a week after the date the trampoline was picked up by the delivery person because he was difficult to reach by phone to set the appointment. Moreover, his email went to spam because the name may seem strange. There were promotions of ***% on newspaper websites on the internet, but they brought us back to your site without any discount!
