Hello, thank you for your comment. Our trampolines are designed to be assembled without professional intervention and are delivered with an assembly manual. Some models, especially larger sizes, take longer to assemble, but we have not received negative feedback from our customers regarding assembly so far. Our advisors are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to answer your questions. Outside of these hours, you can consult our online guides. The product is great but the delivery was average. The total weight of the packages was about 150kg and the delivery person dropped the packages at the end of our driveway and didn't even want to help us load the boxes into the car to move the packages a bit. Review your conditions with your carrier!
