I purchased a trampoline in July 2017. We found a defect in the elastic sheet in June 2018, which we immediately reported. In an equally immediate, kind, and cordial manner, a replacement sheet was sent to me. Excellent and very serious company, absolutely to be recommended.

Nothing to say, delivered in 48 hours, and good explanatory manual. The 460 is long to install, but what space! It seems to be sturdy, we'll see over time... Very satisfied!

The delivered product is completely satisfactory. It replaces an old trampoline mat, several attachments of which had given way, and many were weakened. The order was facilitated by all the useful indications to avoid any dimension errors. It is unnecessary to call us to make this verification... But it's a pity that the delivery to a Relay Point did not work at the time of the order: a computer problem to solve, which would have allowed to reduce shipping costs (which can make a difference)... Now, our Marsupilami is delighted: the gain in elasticity of the new mat allows him to jump even higher.

Order placed on Friday, June 8, delivery to my home on Tuesday, June 12. Ultra fast and very serious regarding the packaging of the package. Very friendly carrier who brought the trampoline with his pallet truck into my yard (sloping ground so not easy). I am very satisfied with my order and my son is having a blast!
