For the order tracking and reception at home, everything went well, however I sent two emails regarding questions about the weight announced on the site and the weight of the trampoline received, and the response I received did not convince me. On the other hand, regarding the assembly of the trampoline, there is one step that is not very clear in the manual concerning the assembly of the frame cushion and the attachment with springs underneath!! photos A and B.. The assembly of the textile net on the posts is not very easy and the tension is not necessarily balanced. Otherwise, the users themselves are fully satisfied with the trampoline.

When I contacted France Trampoline for information about the status of my order, I received very quick responses. Oval trampoline 4.30 of good quality with a very good bounce that allows our son to complete his club training at home. The assembly is ultimately quite simple.
