Hello to the entire France-Trampoline team, We wanted to thank you for the serious follow-up and the speed with which we were delivered in our northern city. Phone call on Monday to order, payment accepted on Tuesday, order prepared on Wednesday, Thursday holiday, Friday: phone appointment, Monday delivery. Great! The weather being capricious here, we only assembled it two days after receipt, and without any difficulty. We are completely satisfied with our quality purchase. Our three children aged 3, 6, and 11 are even more so! Even in case of a problem, the after-sales service is responsive and attentive to the customer; our defective net hooks under warranty were changed and sent back to us promptly in 2 days! The France-Trampoline service is top-notch! You pay a price at purchase, but at least: quality is guaranteed in the long term! Best regards, a delighted family.

Delivery was on time. However, we had to drill some 'forgotten holes' on a series of parts to assemble the trampoline.

Overall satisfied with the product and the children have a lot of fun. Problem with the plastic hooks holding the bottom of the net. In one week, 5 hooks broke.

Delivery time too long: 15 days, due to a bridge and a public holiday, but that does not explain everything (late departure of the package by France Trampoline). However, our remarks were heard since the company sent a small consolation gift to my son. It's not the value but the gesture that counts. As for the products received (trampoline mat + spring), they meet our expectations.

Aside from a less pleasant phone contact with one of the salespeople who told me it was up to me to manage to take my videos correctly to prove that the mat was unusable, all the other contacts I had with France Trampoline were effective and the people I communicated with were responsive and understanding; they sought to find a solution as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

Excellent product, trampoline assembly with two people in three hours. Fast delivery as indicated on the site and a carrier who listened to us and accommodated us. My daughter can't stop using it.

Quality trampoline. However, the fiberglass arch at the top of the safety net is too small (when I install it at the top of the eight stakes to form the support circle, the components of the arch come off. The result is therefore not very aesthetic.

The product perfectly matches its description. The follow-up was very well done following my questions to ensure delivery.

Clear and complete website.

Clear site, full of information to make your choice. It's a shame that the delivery took several weeks - a victim of its success? The trampoline once assembled lives up to all its promises of fun for the kids! It looks solid, even if some machined parts were not quite adjusted, making it quite difficult to assemble.

Nothing to report, fast delay, compliant product.

Material delivered quickly. Seems very solid. The assembly instructions could be more explicit for some details (but we managed to assemble it well).

Good service but delivery a bit long.

Excellent pre-sales contact, very precise and really attentive: does not try to sell the most but to sell the best suited to the customer situation. Very good also in after-sales. Material of very good quality. Should withstand the elements. The whole family enjoys it with joy. Improvement point on the inner closure by Velcro: not sure it will last over time, impossible to close by children under 8 years old and difficult for others (you have to pull on the net while crossing your arms to stretch it enough).

Nothing to complain about except for a problem with the delivery due to the original packaging. We'll see later if the problem will be resolved by the company.
