Thank you for contacting me to check if I had received the right dimensions.. it avoids problems.. As for the delivery, they did not inform me of their visit, so I was absent. I then called for a second visit on Wednesday, and they came on Tuesday morning.. lucky that my son was at home... In any case, the mat is doing very well... by the way, is there a warranty on it and for how long... Thank you, Sylvie

An order on a Wednesday, the 360+ booster net + ladder not available, replaced for free (after a phone request) by the 390. Delivery on Friday! A missing spring (a simple phone call with a very pleasant reception and the spring arrived the next day by carrier) Very good product, very good packaging, very fast and professional delivery... In short, FRANCE TRAMPOLINE is a company I recommend to all my friends and to all readers of this review... after an easy assembly, the children are delighted and the parents as well... BRAVO!

Very important; advise purchasing the skirt when you have young children as they could get seriously hurt (hits on the head) by going under the trampoline. Make a bundle PACK Trampoline+Net+Ladder+TrampoFoot+Pocket Skirt.

Your logistics subcontractor (CA) did not respect the deadlines, and above all, is not in contact with the customer. We had to call and follow up 5 times without ever getting a response, whereas once we contacted France Trampoline directly, it was perfect. The call center staff is very friendly, professional, and above all competent!
