The trampoline is great, but the assembly is hard work. Especially stretching the net took a lot of time and effort from two adults. The ladder was delivered weeks after the trampoline - which wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, it was not mentioned that the ladder cannot be installed afterwards! We now have to remove the entire net again and remount it, which no one wants.

Fast delivery (small downside nonetheless on flexibility, you need to take a day off as we only have a date and no time) Customer service with staff available immediately to respond to all our information requests (delivery, assembly...) that's great!
