Perfect, everything is of quality, the site, the product (the best on the market I think since we know that a low-end trampoline starts to become worn out after 2 to 3 years), the logistics. Working in transport, I can only note once again the approximations of Kuehne Nagel. The person who makes the appointment with you offers a day and confirms that the driver will call you 30 minutes before. I was not at home and 20 minutes away. I was waiting for the driver's call... and well, he called once in front of my house telling me that he never calls 30 minutes before. I arranged with the neighbors. But apart from that, everything is perfect.

Hello, thank you for your comment. Our trampolines are designed to be assembled without professional intervention and are delivered with an assembly manual. Some models, especially larger sizes, take longer to assemble, but we have not received negative feedback from our customers regarding assembly so far. Our advisors are available from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm to answer your questions. Outside of these hours, you can consult our online guides.
