Hello After realizing that 2 pieces were missing for the assembly of the trampoline, I contacted customer service. I was very well received and my request was immediately taken into account. I was trusted and I must admit that it is very pleasant to be heard. Not only did the person online notify the error but also corrected it very quickly. The material is very good despite a missing part (clamp) The online instructions do not match the current model; the same goes for the main paper instructions. Main problem: the package tracking system is completely failing; I had to call three times to get information and make an appointment directly with the last carrier.
