Following my order for spare parts online, I was called back to confirm the requested merchandise because, although an old customer, I was no longer in the customer file (eternal problems of data transfer). I found this action very professional which can avoid inconveniences following the delivery of non-conforming materials.

Clear and user-friendly website allowing for good choices. Easy to place an order. Short delivery time, except that the carrier does not notify 1 hour before delivery as they commit to do! Easy assembly. Material apparently of good quality, to be confirmed over time.

Completely in line with our expectations. Superb quality. The trampoline is assembled, anchored and tested by 2 of our grandchildren who are absolutely delighted. Only downside with the carrier that we couldn't reach but *** contacted them directly and we were delivered without problems. Congratulations for the warm welcome on the phone and the help in guiding our choice.
