Hello Madam, we thank you for your feedback. At the time of delivery, if you find that the parts of the package are damaged, you have the right to refuse the package. The carrier will return it to us and we will quickly send another order. However, if you accepted it without reporting any reservations, the package arrived in good condition and no complaint is possible with the carrier. France Trampoline remains available if needed but it is necessary, as with any order, to check the condition of the package before receiving it, even if the delivery person is in a hurry. No problems with the order, good order tracking, super trampoline. But tedious delivery! How can a company still ask you to be present from 9 am to 5 pm! To arrive with a supposedly too big truck and have to come with my own vehicle to load and pick up my trampoline at the street entrance, with my 14-month-old son. I accepted for fear of being charged for a redelivery.
