very good business relationship with an email asking for confirmation of the elements so that the order placed corresponds + reminder of the product's unavailability period as indicated on the site. but maybe specify that the item does not include springs, only the mat.

Very serious company, trampoline built very well, very sturdy and worth the price paid. Compared to many trampolines available, it has a significantly higher quality-price ratio. They sell many accessories to buy separately. I bought a freestyle board with which my children do tricks as if they were on a snowboard track. When you contact the company for any needs, they respond immediately. I highly recommend it also because they provide spare parts if necessary.
