The trampoline is quite easy to assemble. It seems to be of very good quality compared to those of our neighbors. Excellent bounce on the jumping mat. Velcro very practical inside for the children to easily close the opening.

Hello, We have noted that you are satisfied with the caps for poles delivered recently and we thank you for your trust. Regarding the shipping costs, they were 14.40€ including VAT for a shipment from Bordeaux to your home within 2 days by carrier. We could ship by La Poste but the price would not be much more competitive either and the delivery time would not be as fast either. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.

Nothing to say about the entire service, order, delivery (3/4 days and call from the delivery person as requested), assembly (nothing complicated) and the product itself is great. Our little gymnast finally has a trampoline 𝑴𝑴.00 m allowing her to chain several movements in a row!

Very professional, very happy with the quality of the trampoline and finally the ease of setting up the product (I was able to assemble it alone thanks to the instructions and especially the spring clamp. Only small "B MOL" the attachment of the safety net at the base is not very clear in the instructions.

We received the trampoline quickly, it was in accordance with our requirements. Indeed, we bought it for our 3-year-old daughter and we wanted to be able to use it between adults as well. The model purchased was the Booster 490. We are fully satisfied. Moreover, the customer service is excellent, as a defective spring was quickly replaced upon delivery.

a trampoline promotion and the trampo foot at delivery no trampo foot because a code was forgotten during the order I call and today I have the trampo foot for free but I still pay 12 euros for shipping for me it is not free it is clever however my son is having fun on his trampoline

For the trampo foot, it is offered when you apply the code "TRAMPOFOOT5" in your cart. Your order is automatically transmitted to our preparation service and without the code, our preparation unfortunately does not include the trampo foot. We are always ready to offer this item (value 45 €) but shipping costs remain your responsibility as you did not apply the code during your order. We are sorry that we cannot do otherwise and you benefit from the trampo foot at a lower cost and not for 57 €. The France Trampoline team.

Delivery and contact were quite correct. But the delivery person did not offer to bring the package to my house from my gate, which is still 80 meters to carry the package. Admittedly, the package only weighed about ten kilos, but it would have been more correct to offer to bring the package to the house.
