Advice before the sale very accurate according to needs; Fast delivery, call from the delivery person to schedule an appointment and respect for the appointment. Missing product and resent the day of the call received the next day, I assembled the 3.60m trampoline by myself, my husband helped me with a few springs. One point of improvement to consider on the manual which would benefit from a bit of color and photos in addition to sketches. For the net, I had to flip through the pages of the manual which were mixed in languages. With its colors, it blends into the landscape. My children appreciate the trampofoot gift, the trampoline seems sturdy and made with good materials which I hope will last at least 5 years. This is actually the kind of review that is missing on the site: section "your trampoline a few years later" in any case for my part appointment in 4 years at which point I estimate my purchase amortized Thank you France Trampoline my children are crazy with joy and so am I :-)

Hello, I had some difficulties with the assembly documentation because the net assembly part is not in French (only in Italian and Spanish). I found a video on the site so I managed. I would have liked to be able to download the documentation in French. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the product and the commercial service I received on the phone before the sale. Thank you. I am delighted to have ordered my trampoline from France Trampoline. Very good site, delivery as promised, very well packaged. The instruction manual is very well explained. It takes about 2 hours to assemble the trampoline as promised and without difficulties. My husband and I hesitated between the diameter of 360 or 390, ultimately choosing 390 and no regrets because the trampoline has very good stability on 4 legs instead of 3 for the smaller diameter. The price is well justified because the trampoline is of very good quality, safe. Our little 6-year-old boy is over the moon.
