Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. We set up the climbing dome with three people. All parts were present, a good description. The numbering on the boxes and bags was a great help. I have already recommended the climbing dome further.

I received the net surrounding the trampoline for the correct diameter but not for the correct number of posts. My trampoline has 6 and I received a model for 8 posts. It took some back and forth for 4 posts. Quite unpleasant, the little kids arrived, too late to change!!!

The delivery time was very long for a manufacturer.. I waited over a month for a protective cover for the trampoline. However, the product is top quality, the trampoline is like new after 8 years of jumping with this cover replacement! I can only recommend your brand!
