I ordered a trampoline roof at the end of June, received a first package with a mat that was not meant for me. After a complaint, I received a second package with a tube. Still not the right product. In the meantime, they had a carrier come to pick up the first package, and a postal label for me to return the second package. All this to say that you should not order in the summer, as the summer team is not reliable. Response from customer service that I got on the phone.

Order processing and information flow exemplary, delivery by the freight forwarder a complete disaster, no adherence to the agreed delivery time, no prior agreed call 30 minutes before delivery, incompetent and unfriendly staff after telephone inquiry.

Your employee in Frankfurt was very friendly and competent and made my decision to purchase your product easy, for that, there are 5 stars. Unfortunately, there was no information that 1-2 days later the product was significantly cheaper available in stores, therefore only 3 stars. Replacement net, received quite quickly. However, it is much softer than the one originally provided with the trampoline. It is therefore much less taut and seems to secure the use of the mat less.

The assembly guide is not very understandable and the assembly is too complex and there is no hotline on Saturdays!!!

Delivery defect. After 5 phone exchanges, I finally learn that the carrier has lost the package. A new package must be sent. I'm waiting...

Part of the material arrived damaged. 3 of the 5 plastic pieces, located at the top of the metal rods, arrived broken. The packaging was not well done enough. These plastic pieces could have been better protected, as they are very fragile.

The product is perfect, but I was very disappointed with the delivery conditions. The chosen provider asks the customer to be present one day during the week between 8 am and 7 pm, without at least being able to guarantee a delivery in the morning or the afternoon before the morning of the delivery itself. In short, either you take a whole day off just for that, or... too bad for you! I wrote to France Trampoline to report it, but no response... disappointing!

Material conforms but delivery problems

Good quality trampoline and easy to assemble. However, delivery was more than delayed... from 2 to 4 assured days we went to 14 days... my son could not have his gift on time... very disappointed

This is the first time an order has gone this way and I am really disappointed. The order was only prepared after the administrative payment. So a longer delivery time for an order of less than *** €.

Good product and service but I still took a risk because the site does not specify the length of the spring I ordered. I had to count the number of coils, and indeed the spring fit perfectly.

Delivery + deadlines ok. However, the original fiberglass arches were equipped with an elastic that connected them to each other, which meant we had 2 large half-arches that were easier to install, which is regrettable.

The product, trampoline cushion tensioners, is presented and delivered without any assembly instructions and does not correspond to the original product sewn on the cushion.

Assembly instructions not precise enough. Not enough bounce, not soft enough

Purchase of a replacement net for a trampoline "France trampoline". The longevity of the original justified the double price of the replacement compared to what is found in stores, as promised to be identical. However, the product received is much thinner, the base attachments of the net have no closure system and end up detaching, which leaves me doubtful about the quality of the product. I hope it will prove to be as durable as the old one given the price. Best regards

Following the return service, disappointing handling on the first contact. On the second contact, you managed to assess the situation of the request. And the after-sales service was carried out. Regarding the delivery, the driver showed up in the morning while the appointment was made for the afternoon. He left a message saying that the second visit would be charged because no one was present during the delivery. After a call, he returned in the afternoon without extra cost. This nonetheless leaves a rather negative feeling about the overall service. However, I want to emphasize the quality of the material from France trampoline as it is present with many of my acquaintances, which is why despite everything I would reorder from them if I need a new trampoline.

Regarding the number of stars, it is not appropriate because concerning the delivery nothing to say, perfect. As for the product, I can't tell you anything for now, the trampoline being a gift for Christmas, it has not yet been set up. Best regards.

Site difficult to make a choice. However, the reception and explanation over the phone were really top-notch. Very, very poor delivery (outsourced)... shameful, gave a very bad image of the brand.

The Apollo 500 trampoline is of excellent quality. However, the assembly instructions are poorly written: they are not up to date (they do not mention the provided bungee cords), and they are not precise enough to allow for a good assembly on the first try, resulting in us assembling some poles upside down and wasting time. Close-up views of the details are missing.

Defective part preventing assembly. Fortunately, good responsiveness for customer service.

I rated this order as average not for the trampoline, but for the carrier. First, the delivery hours from 10 am to 5 pm are not compatible with our lifestyle, and moreover, the delivery person was very unfriendly.
