Fast shipping, and quick delivery. Product compliant and seems sturdy. The only downside, the brackets for securing the protective net poles don't seem to be made of as serious steel as the rest of the tubing (I messed up a thread on one bracket while tightening!!!). Regarding the delivery, there were no issues, a phone call 2 days before delivery to block a delivery day and then another on the same day. I only give 4 stars because I haven't assembled the trampoline yet (I live in BRITTANY where it rarely rains) but from what I saw upon unpacking, no problem, it's not damaged and well packaged, there is no reason for the rest not to go well. I recommend
