Great material, fast delivery, nothing to say trampoline is top and easy to assemble.

Delivery + material OK, but assembly instructions not very detailed and especially, no explanation in French for the assembly of the protective net (only Italian and Spanish: with a slightly different system). But overall, it's good, hence the rating.

Purchase of a complete 3.60 trampoline and after-sales service (springs)

We encountered some difficulties assembling the structure. The manual, a photocopy of a photocopy, was not very readable.

missing parts, a spring and some protections

Delivery on time. Apparently the 3.9m trampoline is of good quality but we will see over time. In terms of size for those who do not realize, 3.9m is already huge as it takes up 16m2 on the ground (there are families in Paris who live in smaller spaces). Very simple assembly including the net with the technique of the four cardinal points (start for example in the south then north then east then west and it goes by itself).

Good investment: my daughter finds it 100 times better than the previous one (better bounce). The quality is there, assembly is relatively easy but requires the presence of two adults and three good hours. A small downside regarding delivery times: ordered on 20/12/12 and delivered on 02/01/13....

70 kg package in 3 perfectly packaged parcels. Delivery assured within the announced deadlines. The material seems perfectly compliant with the advertisement on the website, but it has not yet been installed and probably will not be before the beginning of spring... In the meantime, it is stored in a dry and clean place. Thank you.

Delivery in three days with package in good condition. The manual for assembly could be more explicit. Keep in mind that the customer has probably never assembled a trampoline. The circle is very hard to close. Two well-built guys struggled to do it. Specify right from the start (and not later) to fix the reinforcement bars exactly 30 cm or why not put marks on the bars. This would avoid having to mess around with a tape measure after having placed them +- at mid-height. The assembly of the safety net bars is not easy (height of fixing, pushing the foam up without displacing the upper bar while keeping the sleeve in the plastic cap...) The hook of the clamp is very useful, to tighten the bars a plumber's clamp is necessary. Once assembled, it is only pleasure for my six-year-old boy and his parents. The size of the surface is comfortable and the structure seems solid. Let's see in two years.

I shouldn't have been able to make a mistake in choosing the purchased model. The site is a bit cluttered. But the speed of the delivery service is superb.

The product perfectly meets my expectations. The delivery times were perfectly respected. It is a pity, however, that the offer I subscribed to did not allow me to clearly understand that a protective cover was not only available but probably necessary for outdoor use. I could only realize this after delivery, to discover that the said cover could be delivered to me at the price of 75€ + ... 88€ for shipping!
