The ordering process is easy and professional, all the information is on the site and helps to choose the model best suited to the need. A small downside because we were supposed to benefit from a promo of a "trampoFoot" offered and during the palletizing this item was forgotten. after assembly our trampoline meets our hopes and our children spend their days on it.

the delivery was indicated within 15 days and finally took place 30 days after the order so it's a shame for the customer because it's often for a gift so we end up with nothing. Otherwise, there is a very good telephone service, people respond quickly and are very pleasant.

I am very happy with the efficiency and speed of processing my order. I am just disappointed that the delivery was so long (ordered on Tuesday received the following Wednesday) even though there was the Easter weekend in that week. On the other hand, the trampoline is quite simple to assemble and I am not disappointed with its quality.

Just a remark regarding the carrier from the Rhône-Alpes region. The online commercial service is completely unresponsive and unpleasant to our remarks regarding the time and date of delivery. We work too, but a minimum of understanding regarding our time constraints would be greatly appreciated and, if possible.... a minimum of courtesy. Sir and Madam

SMALL ISSUE REGARDING DELIVERY FOLLOWING YOUR INFO NOT RESPECTED BY THE CARRIER "ALLUION" I HAD TO CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY JUST 1/2 HOUR BEFORE THE ACTUAL DELIVERY TO KNOW THE DAY AND TIME OF DELIVERY. OTHERWISE NOTHING TO REPORT. COMPLETE DELIVERY. RELATIVELY EASY ASSEMBLY "2H" FOR 2 GOOD DIYERS. AND ABOVE ALL THE JOY AND HAPPINESS OF MY 5 GRANDCHILDREN DISCOVERING THE TRAMPOLINE AS AN EASTER GIFT. JOY, LAUGHTER, AND PLENTY OF GOOD HUMOR. I did not give the maximum, because it is (in my opinion) very unfortunate that the gift offered with the order is not part of the initial delivery. So a small downside at that level!!! Otherwise, everything else was impeccable, but as I said previously, I hope that the delivery of the offered accessory (in this case the "trampo foot") will not take too long; because it is a birthday gift, and it would be more than unfortunate if the entire package did not arrive on the day.

Good trampoline, the kids are delighted and the adults too! The 4.30 m is a good size. The manual is not very clear especially for setting up the net: the "ring" in fiberglass rod is not included and I couldn't get it to be... We hesitated to take the protective cover: luckily we didn't do it because it would have been very difficult to set it up with the net and I don't think I read this warning anywhere.

Professional phone reception, however insisted with the carrier for delivery times as we had to pick up the trampoline on site to have it for Easter. After first use, the trampoline seems solid and was quick to assemble.
