Hello, The trampoline is functional, even if in some cases the diagrams in the manual are not adapted to the specific model I bought. A very big negative point that I invite you to consider: the stock reduction policy is not optimal given the very long restocking times. I want to buy complementary products (tent, etc.) but what's the point if it's to receive them almost at the end of the school holidays?? (and we are only in June..). I can't be the only one in this case... You optimize cash flow but surely miss out on sales.. :-(

Excellent quality trampoline (hoping that the future confirms this as well), announced deadline respected; just 1 star removed precisely because the announced and respected deadline was almost 2 months... that feels long when you are impatient ;) !

Having already purchased a trampoline from France Trampoline several years ago, we ordered new parts to replace some that needed to be changed. While everything went well regarding the order and delivery, we found it unfortunate not to have an explanatory manual for changing the new parts. Indeed, some of the new parts ordered have changed compared to the old ones and do not fit together in the same way. Positive point, we noticed that the new materials had been improved in the meantime!

As for the ordering and delivery, it's a trybon service. Unfortunately, I am in the process of declaring a defective product because the net tore at one of the poles. I hope this is an exceptional event.

The transaction went quite well overall. The product is of good quality. Only a small error in one element of the order makes me take away one star out of 5. An email to report the error and a reminder email were necessary to resolve the issue. Responses were quick in both cases.

Very nice object. My son is very satisfied with his trampoline that bounces perfectly for all his jumps and rotations. The chosen size fits perfectly in our small garden. Only downside: the plastic hooks break easily and the Velcro of the protective belt of the net do not all match those of the net.

Very satisfied with the purchase, superb jumping mat, quality net, I would have preferred the pad to be outside the jumping area. My gymnast daughter sprained her toe due to a landing on the pad.
