A few small issues with the delivery which was postponed. Communication with the delivery organization was a bit complicated. I was asked to choose a day and date but I could never access my account. The product is great but the delivery was average. The total weight of the packages was about 150kg and the delivery person dropped the packages at the end of our driveway and didn't even want to help us load the boxes into the car to move the packages a bit. Satisfied with my order at France trampoline but the delivery service leaves much to be desired as there was no appointment and a phone call 15 minutes before the delivery person's arrival. I could not receive the package as I was absent due to a death and I found my order on a pallet in front of my gate because the delivery person could not come back. Fortunately, the package was in good condition and compliant. So I am not happy with the delivery.

A small regret but it concerns the product and not the service (hence the 4*). Lack of rigidity in the structure of the trampoline in the 4.3m version. This product deserves the structure proposed for the 4.9m (larger diameter tubes)

Very good product, except for the anchoring kit which is a bit light and has a strap system that is not practical at all. Ratchets would have been much quicker for me as I move the trampoline every time I mow.

The instructions were clear, and the assembly went well, despite a bit of hassle with the structure. I am very satisfied with the product, much less with the delivery: absolutely rude and obnoxious delivery person, who literally threw my package into the garden, unacceptable... I sent an email to the delivery platform, I certainly received no response.

To be sure to have my order on time, I chose an express order in 24 hours, and on the scheduled day I received a text that there was a problem and that my delivery was delayed!!! And since the next day was May 1st, I only received my package the day after that!! In the meantime, I still paid VERY, TOO much for this delivery!!
