The carrier did not deliver within the scheduled time slot (8am - 11am), indicated by email that I would be delivered on the scheduled day (so waiting on site all day) then at 7pm a new email stating that I would not be delivered on the scheduled day but the next day without specifying hours... ultimately delivery at 4pm the day after the scheduled day. On the delivery slip, the instructions for delivery to the neighbor in case of absence were not indicated: they were on the package that the delivery person probably did not check...

Fairly quick delivery, good quality product, nothing to compare with an original tarp, I am satisfied with my purchase. One small remark, it was packaged in a plastic bag, which does not protect the tarp in case of tearing or otherwise; knowing the carriers.....

I recommend France Trampoline, quality item, and very well secured for children. Just one downside: the zipper for the opening is too narrow to get inside the trampoline, no support handle, which means that you pull on the zipper at the risk of breaking it.

The installation guide is more than succinct, you should specify the installation height and the minimum or maximum gap between the top and bottom bands regarding the product I purchased.

The trampoline was delivered quickly; we managed to assemble it easily, the explanations being very clear. The net wasn't even set up when our little girl of 3 and a half was jumping on it. For now, we are satisfied with our purchase; the material seems serious... to be seen over time....

Improve the telephone service (it is very difficult to make an inquiry by phone) it is always busy. The transport company (Seur) is very deficient, the goods are delivered late or even delivered to the wrong destination.

Very good product and delivered quickly by France trampoline. Just the delivery service is a bit limited...: does not show up at the right address and sends you a message saying that if you are not there when the delivery person returns, you will be charged *** for the delivery... luckily I ran into the delivery person further up the street...
