Very good quality for this trampoline. Easy assembly. The only small downside is that the opening is a bit awkward how it is made and that the small ladder to climb is not included in the price. But otherwise, top.

Appreciate for the clarity and ease of use of the site. Diversity and quality of trampolines. Speed of dispatch but delivery methods a bit restrictive and complicated when working (deliveries from Monday to Friday, during the day).

The trampoline is great, well made, and overall of very good quality; I can definitely recommend the trampoline! Unfortunately, there were difficulties with the shipping company, so the delivery took a week longer than announced. Contact with the shipping company was difficult. I would like to highlight the contact with Trampolin Technik. The employees were very eager to help as well and as quickly as possible. I would order there again, but take into account that the delivery might take a bit longer.

The shipping is announced with precise timing and occurs punctually, announced by phone call. The assembly of the rectangular mat is complicated by the fact that the double side beams have holes that do not match. You need to swap the pieces that make up the sides several times to find the combination that aligns the holes for the screws, otherwise, you risk stripping them. Numbering the tubes to indicate their pairing would be useful. Instructions for use just sufficient. It works great, much more powerful than those round toy ones.

Very happy with the customer service. It is very easy to reach someone. However, one of the recommended products was the flexible fiberglass bow; it would be wise to specify that it is sold without the elastic cord inside... a somewhat absurd thing!

Was not in stock but I could order it and I was kept informed. What was unfortunate was that it arrived wrinkled - the long pipes were somewhat carelessly shoved into a too-small box, and they are still not as nice as they should be. But otherwise everything is okay.
