Regarding my order, the protective foam is more effective than the original, but you do not provide the number of hooks according to the number of planned locations, I am missing 10. The foot mat with the ball is great but there are no instructions for installation. Logically, I want to put the France trampoline logo the right way but I can't fix it, so I put it the opposite way. Haven't had time to replace the springs yet.

I ordered 1 item in stock and another on pre-order because it was not available immediately. I thought I would first receive the item in stock, but after ordering, I received an email informing me that due to increased shipping costs, there would only be one shipment when the restocking is done. Unless I pay for an additional shipment. A bit disappointed.

Super quality items, I have called on France Trampoline several times to change parts on my trampoline. It's so much better than throwing it away and buying a new one. I am happy with the product. However, the delivery was relatively scandalous as the delivery person left the package in front of the gate and not inside where I asked him to, claiming that he didn't want to damage his truck which belongs to him. Apparently, he had already come and knew that his truck would be damaged if he went where I asked him to drop off the delivery. Knowing this, why did he take the delivery if he couldn't bring the merchandise?

Thank you for trusting us with our complaint about the missing products we ordered. This site resent our entire order. We recommend buying a set or accessories for a trampoline from this site to maintain it longer and we can replace broken products instead of throwing away a whole trampoline set.

I wanted to replace the net of my Jump'up 360 trampoline. On the site, I saw 2 references that were suitable, but in the photos, it was impossible to know what the differences were. I therefore wrote an email to support, but I did not get more explanation. I chose the cheapest net. It was not the original one, so a bit disappointed. On the phone, I mentioned a broken fiberglass rod and that I found it unfortunate to have to buy 12 as proposed by the site, while only one was necessary. The amount was sent to me for free. From that point of view, I am satisfied.
