Fast delivery: order placed on April 11 at 10:00 PM and trampoline delivered on April 17 at 3:00 PM. The manual and the video complement each other. During assembly, I noticed that a black plastic base was missing on a lower post. I called on April 19 and am still waiting for the part. Lastly, a third step on the ladder would be welcome as our 4-year-old daughter has some difficulties accessing it.

The assembly was done quite easily, the manual is rather well explained. The tool for inserting the legs is not easy to use though, but with a bit of method and strength, you can manage without it. Only downside, one of the attachments for the protective cover broke on the first use.

Result: Return to the carrier and package blocked with them for several weeks. Only my phone call to France Trampoline allowed to restart the delivery process which was quick afterwards. The website should check the size of packages before offering the Relay point option.
