the product is good, but the installation manual is not detailed enough, especially regarding peripheral lacing and more details could save precious time. Big downside, the manual indicated that the cord would be cut to the right dimensions, which was not the case and it was very complicated to do it with length ratios, moreover the rope tends to fray strongly when cut and it is difficult to stop.

Hello, My net not being rectangular, and the dimensions not being very different two by two, I would have liked markers to be indicated on each side so as not to have to make trials which due to some misfortune undoubtedly forced me to redo it three times before installing the net in the right direction. Fast delivery. Package well packaged. Delivery service a bit disappointing, very wide time slot (between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) and no call before arriving as promised by the provider the day before. Good product, easy to assemble even alone. The promised quality seems to be present, to be seen over time.

We are very satisfied with the product and the speed of delivery. However, we experienced a natural disaster (strong wind) a few days later that damaged the net. We understand that this is not systematically covered by customer service, but given the short time between the damage and the order, we would have liked a commercial gesture. This was refused to us. A shame for a trampoline of this quality.

I was afraid to buy something that has to be as safe as a trampoline for my children online; after looking at millions of pages, I decided on this brand and I am delighted, it is solid and resistant with impeccable finishes, the shipping was quick and the delivery easy! To put a downside, although the assembly is simple because the instructions are very clear and there are videos on YouTube, it really requires quite a bit of strength.
