pleasant trampoline for children with a good bounce.

Overall satisfied with France Trempoline. However, for the delivery, I was informed by phone that the delivery person would come before 08:30, so I organized my day accordingly. At 08:45, not having arrived, I called to indicate that I had to leave. I was told I would be called back for another appointment during the day, and when I called back, I spoke to another person who told me that the appointments were for half-days... in the end, the delivery person came in the afternoon after calling him 20 minutes before! Luckily, I was able to make a round trip to be present... Delivery is really a very sensitive point! Moreover, a delivery proposal with assembly would be appreciated.

Very nice trampoline, good quality, just a defect in the weaving of the net which apparently is only aesthetic, the supplier sent me a trampofoot for the inconvenience.

The carrier is not very fast. I had to contact them 2 times to be delivered. Otherwise, the trampoline is not bad. I had a low-end trampoline before, and I see the difference. The quality seems to be there. We'll see if over time, the protective cover and net will hold up. The bounce is really good, the trampoline doesn't move much when you jump on it, you don't see it deforming. For now, the kids are thrilled and so are we. We'll see over time if it lasts longer than the others.

We could have given 5 stars but the downside is due to the delivery: some material was damaged, the box was crushed and therefore some parts were missing. After some phone calls with you, you had no difficulty replacing the damaged or missing parts and we received everything quickly. Very cordial welcome from you and we thank you for that. I needed to replace the trampoline springs. Serious site, easy to access, but I didn't see anything in the spare parts to change the foam in the covers that protect the springs. I recommend the site

Very happy with our purchase. Quality net is obvious. Thoughtful and honest advice. The only downside would be regarding the installation. I find that the installation aids and advice are lacking. Especially concerning the re-tensioning of the net. But I will call to ask for advice ;)

Delivery and product impeccable. Compared to trampolines from other brands, our oval 420 is really of better quality and the oval shape allows for advancement, very fun! However, a big downside on the assembly instructions which are not precise enough. The online assembly video is very useful!

Delivery was fast and problem-free, great trampoline, the assembly was also manageable. The only downside: the wrong safety net was probably delivered. The overlapping net at the entrance was crucial for our purchase decision, but we received one with a zipper. However, I assume that this will be remedied.

very good product (having compared it to others), it assembles quite well. the spring protection is of very good quality. no complaints about the quality of the materials used some difficulties in assembling the net (a lot of tension to manage to pass it under the trampoline). a downside: the edge of the spring protection that does not stay under the trampoline)
