Delivery scheduled for April 26. Package received on May 12. Otherwise nothing to say

Everything fine except for the delivery. Because the carpet did not arrive and I had to call support to expedite it, and shortly after it arrived.

Good purchase, transport costs a bit expensive. But a good product.

Very happy with the quality of the trampoline. So far the use is going well, the only downside that I didn't pay attention to after switching from one model to another. The one I ended up choosing has no zipper, just a double net, too bad...

Good quality material and seems solid except for the spring protection mat and the net which seem average given the price of the trampoline. The instructions are not very clear for assembling the net (support hooks to attach from below but they keep detaching...). Lots of safety displays but not always placed logically to see! Quick responses from customer service.

Order compliant with my expectations, very good order tracking. I give 4 stars because my item was being restocked when I ordered but this was well specified and the indicated deadlines were respected. Very good product so far (used for 1 month).

Good service, simple to use site, good tracking of orders and deliveries. Weak point, the plastic fasteners of the tarp are too fragile and break easily.

The new tarp we just bought has allowed our trampoline, already 7 years old, to regain a new lease on life! And it bounces! The structure and accessories are of superior quality, very robust, we have experienced it!

Very good trampoline (Apollo 300). My 11-year-old daughter is delighted. Size is more than sufficient. Allows for a more discreet placement in the garden. Very solid (it doesn't move when I jump on it despite my weight), very good bounce and very easy to assemble. For the net, I am a bit more reserved. Assembly is more difficult. Insufficient lower attachment points (the net rises in the corners in strong winds). The problem comes from the plastic hooks (opening). Two broke in the first week by my daughter. Plastic too rigid of poor quality that breaks at the spring part. I will replace them with commercial hooks! That's why I only give 4 stars. But it's a detail, the main thing is there. Buy without reservation, especially when you see the competition!

Fast and efficient!

Initial order on February 23 for a "Maxi Pack Trampoline Ovalie 490 with net + Ladder + Anchoring Kit + Cover (the latter item was to be delivered separately scheduled for March 31, 2017). The delivery should take place on May 2, 2017, which is one month late compared to the announcement.

Only regret: the ladder that was out of stock was supposed to be delivered on April 23 has not yet arrived (May 1).
