I had a bit of trouble reaching the order service by phone but once this operation was completed, the sale and order went perfectly. The only downside is that delivery was supposed to take between 3 and 5 days. I called back after 8 days, and was told to call the carrier directly who wanted to deliver me 4 days later. I finally got a delivery for the next day, after 9 days. But apart from that, everything went very well, the trampoline is set up and the grandchildren are having a great time.

At France Trampoline, nothing to say, welcoming and professional team. Unfortunately, it is not the same for the delivery company.

Responsiveness to the order, order tracking and precise delivery. Deadline more than respected, very good.

Trampoline conforms to the description and seems to be of very good quality. Quick appointment scheduling but very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the delivery company. Despite a half-day imposed time slot, delivery was 2 hours and 30 minutes late on the most pessimistic schedule! No proactivity to inform the customer of the delay. They told me delivery in 20 minutes then in an hour during my calls, only to end up with 2 hours and 30 minutes of delay. One piece of advice: take your whole day to wait for this delivery! Last detail: no apology of course from the delivery company which clearly considers that the customer must be at their disposal.

Needs improvement: the link between the carrier and the customer to define a delivery appointment day. Indeed, the carrier does not contact the customer to set a delivery appointment, they only send a text imposing a day that suits them.

The first shipment was not complete, but after a phone call, the error was corrected without questioning my word.

Overall, the product is great, the kids are having a lot of fun. However, I wanted to get in touch: I only have the plastic attachment parts of the net that I found broken.

A delivery person, on the other hand, was as unpleasant as possible... I've never seen anything like it!!!

Material delivered by a serious carrier who placed the large package right into the garage very professionally, assembled very quickly and easily, very good quality equipment, our children love it, so far nothing negative to report. To see over time....

The product seems to be of good quality. However, the adjustment straps were missing: I had to reuse the ones you delivered to me 5 years ago. The ladder is difficult to assemble, one of the rungs does not want to adjust despite several attempts. The advice and order tracking were serious.

Perfect phone reception, very attentive. There is just a difference between what your customer service says about delivery and what the delivery service says. You = possibility of delivery in the morning or afternoon. Delivery service = impossible to say either morning or afternoon, only during the day. Everything ended well anyway.

Trampoline and ladder meet our expectations. Only disappointment, the anchoring kit that does not sink into our ground.

Delivered on time. Package in good condition delivered to home. Could improve on the assembly instructions. Some difficulties related to the text and drawings. But the result is correct and in the end no problem. Maybe consider a cover for the mat for long exposure to the sun. Overall satisfied.

Order compliant. Delivery date error quickly corrected and at no extra cost. One drawback: the spring protection pad is poorly secured on the outside and tends to slide inward, thus exposing the top of the springs. Replacing it is tedious but essential for safety.

Once assembled, the trampoline is completely satisfactory. One connecting piece was defective but was replaced very quickly after a call to customer service.

The seller forgot to ask me if I had the necessary tool for changing the mat, which made us lose a week between the order shipped at our expense urgently within 48 hours, the desperate installation attempts for 2 days, and the tool that took 5 more days. Otherwise, the welcome was very friendly. The tool is essential!

Satisfactory delivery. One of the packages was a bit dented, and only one plastic hook in this package is broken.

The ladder delivered with the ordered trampoline was not the right size. After calling customer service, the correct ladder was redelivered very quickly.
