The order and delivery went well, but the product (trampoline roof) is not as good as I expected. It is not an item developed by France Trampoline, it is just distributed by them and it shows in the inferior quality compared to other products. Assembly is laborious because even with several people, the roof is difficult to handle to be lifted to the right height. The instructions advise to dismantle it as soon as there are heavy rains or wind!!! Very difficult to comply with if it takes 3 or 4 people ready to spend half an hour dismantling it each time! So, I leave it and will see how long it lasts, knowing that to avoid water pockets, I pulled the tarp with clamps.

Delivery within the announced timeframe, on the day by a friendly delivery person. Quite easy to assemble, and rather quick for a device of this size. No particular difficulty. One point to possibly improve: the black caps on top of the poles tend to come off... a bit: find a way to clip them.

good quality and delivery, a bit hard to put on

The device seems to be of good quality, easy to assemble if you follow the instructions (a small reservation however for the fiberglass rods that hold the net at the top). My grandchildren are having a blast, and even their parents...

Despite the good size, the net is a bit too small. The phone reception was very good.

I am happy with the speed of shipping! I liked that they called us before shipping to check if we had taken the right measurements for the cover!

We are happy with the result, the material seems to be of quality and designed to last, except perhaps for the plastic attachments of the net. However, I take away one star for the quality of the assembly instructions, which I find insufficiently detailed. I recommend reading several pages ahead of where you are, to be sure to understand well (for example, that the holes must be facing the connectors when you insert the legs, impossible to correct afterwards). And to not lose or break any screws as there are no spares. If, like me, you break a screw, it's a DIY system to finish because it's impossible to keep the kids waiting any longer.

Very good commercial service. Very short delivery times respected! Material that seems solid. Assembly a bit long. The safety clips for each piece of the frame should have been present everywhere to secure the assembly. The springs are designed for assembly without disassembly. I had to create a tool for easy disassembly, otherwise it is too hard. Once assembled, beautiful quality and the product is very responsive. I am satisfied with the quality/price ratio.

However, at delivery, some parts were missing but customer service is very responsive and sent them to me quickly and free of charge.

Hello, Just a small remark about the delivery, the packages were delivered in a sad state. In doubt, I noted on the delivery slip 'subject to unpacking'. Because I thought that some material might have been damaged during transport. I even have photos to prove it. But fortunately nothing was damaged. Otherwise for everything else: the website, explanations on the site, the order, delivery times, quality of the material and ease of assembly, congratulations, I am very satisfied.

Carrier could not find the address hence a delivery in 6 days!!!!! Article conforms to our expectations.

Perfect service. Replacement of the jumping mat under warranty after 4 years of use, following initial tearing: no issues since. Replacement of the net and protective cover after 5 years of use, and extreme temperatures (-15° in the north to heat in the southwest in full sun): no issues since. The children, as they grow up, still enjoy using it... Small detail: the net seems thinner than the previous one. Second detail: a jumper weighs more than 80kg.

Very good just missing a cover to cover the mat

Fast shipping, quality trampoline and very appreciated by our children (and the older ones). However, the roof of the trampoline was quite complicated to set up. The images do not quite correspond to the product received.

Information taken by phone before the purchase, very available staff, we were well guided. Delivery made within the deadlines, items very well protected and packaged. Assembly of the trampoline took about 2.5 hours (only error in the manual: positioning of the legs at 90° and not 45°!). Very satisfied with the purchase, trampoline which is very solid, well designed which is really reassuring. Not yet used as the grandchildren are not yet on vacation, to see therefore in use and with hindsight.

The quality of the trampoline is perfect. The materials used are of very good quality. The covering is aesthetic. The only difficulty encountered: the assembly requires strength and we could not manage to correctly assemble the safety net.
